Launch of Electronic Citations for Fare Evaders
Rapid development (in 3 months) and deployment of a mobile based application with SaaS backend to support issuance of e-Citations for fare evasion as well as integration with the legacy adjudication system. This project was completed ahead of time and under budget. I was the project manager.
